I feel so glad today, because I finally finished a floral watercolour which I began some time ago. It was rather difficult to paint, but fun as well. It is from my imagination. I thought I had ruined it at one point, because I made an egregious mistake on the butterfly’s antennae. However, when I tried to lift the mistake, I was successful in doing so, which also made me very glad.

I am very pleased with this watercolour painting.

I began this blog several months ago, but I was unble to continue writing because it was too hot, which caused this computer to overheat. Now the weather has turned very chilly, so the computer is happy, and I can resume posting.

I have begun to paint paintings of animals in my own unique style. One of my personal favourites is my “The Pretty Red Fox.” This painting is very spontaneous artwork, yet the little fox has very much the air of a fox.

I hope eventually to create enough paintings to have a showing. I am undecided whether to have a themed show, such as watercolour florals, or to present a variety of my subjects and mediums.
